The Affectionate Puppy

Wearing a classically-inspired white dress trimmed with gold braid and tied with a blue ribbon sash to match the gold and blue bandeau in her hair, this young lady is seated by a table with her adorable puppy affectionately licking her arm. The only clue to her identity lies in the (NP) monogrammed brooch on her corsage.

The miniature is in good condition and resides in a later gilded wood frame that is backed with brocade.
